With the holidays over, a new year begun, and so much to do it is once again time to slip into that comfortable daily-weekly-monthly routine of so much measured moderation and careful planning. This includes: shopping plans for groceries, laundry, limited television and video gaming, going to bed at a decent time, waking up with the alarm, proper meals, cooking, washing up, restricted spending, training, running, lifting, shoveling, tending, commuting, and otherwise getting by without too much distracting and destructive indulgence.
Monday Evenings? Start the Week Right Day. Presumably I would have bought groceries yesterday. It didn’t happen that way, but we have a few pounds of leftovers from yesterday’s final holiday gathering. What needs to be accomplished tonight?
1. Feed the Hungry.
2. Walk the Dog.
3. Do the dishes.
4. Three loads of laundry.
5. Running Clinic.
6. Clean our bathroom.
7. Upload the latest photos.
8. Down Time without television.
We live such exciting lives, don’t we?
