Content Warning? I suppose. We called our "Run 2.2" short on Friday because the dog was experiencing technical difficulties. We finished our first 9+1s interval and the poor critter pulled off to the side and released a liquid bowel movement that no plastic bag could have picked from the ground. I tried to go on after that, and only made it another minute before my pity alarm kicked in and we walked home. I don't think the diarrhea was due to the running as she turned out to be extremely gassy for the 24 hours or so following. I'm keeping an eye on that though. As such, we made it a mere 1.6 KM, and (not quite) made up for it with a strong "Run 2.3" this morning, completing a 3.25 KM jog in 21 minutes (2 x 10+1s).
