The new X-Files movie comes out in a few days. And while this wouldn’t normally be a topic I discuss out on the blog, a few people have been privy to the info that Derek made an appearance as an extra. I suppose it’s as good as it gets when you’re a techie, but he actually showed up in some official movie still the other day, albeit as a side-view bit of background noise.
Click the image for the full version and you’ll see right on the very left side of the frame the rumpled mess of goggled lab-worker that is my bro, standing a few feet from the (real) actors and perhaps conducting some bit of alien autopsy. Sure, you say… prove it. But then if you’re an X-files die-hard fan, proof isn’t exactly something that is high on your list of priorities. You’ll just have to take my word for it — and maybe even hope we get to see his ugly mug in full profile in the actual movie. |
