Ah, the afterglow of a long weekend. Poor Sparkle, she is recovering from the first-time experience of sharing her house with two other dogs. Chatelle and Bruce were visiting from Saskatoon and with them arrived their own puppy, Basil, and shortly thereafter, their parent’s dog, Sailor, sick and struggling to simply continue existing. Three nights with company was enough to burn out Sparkle, who slept very well last night… except for some sporadic whining around four in the morning. Which leads to the next topic: The next mystery to unravel is the four AM tremble, an on-the-clock tremor that has recently been rumbling the house for a few minutes each day in the wee hours. Odd. |
