Because there has been sporadic interest on both fronts: updates.
A) BLUE, the infamous betta, is dwindling on his last limbs. Yes, it is too bad. Yes, we are all sad. He’s been living a peaceful existence in our quiet, home office for these last six months, spending his retirement lazing around the rock. But I think he is soon to be not of this world. Swimming (if you could even call it that) just barely enough to assure us he is — in fact — still alive (if you even could call IT that). I will keep up to date on the prognosis here, but given that he’s been in my care for nearly 20 months (plus an undetermined span at the pet store) and a GOOD life for a betta is 2 years, well, you do the math. Too bad.
B) MEALPLANiT, the other infamous beta, is blossoming (on the other hand). I had another few minutes to work on it’s bowels last night, and the new tweak are: multi-users! And, Karin and I, having been successfully making some use of it for a little over two months we might be willing to open up two or three (yes, that’s all) accounts for friends or family willing to try their skill at navigating. This does mean you need to (i) realize it is a beta-test and there are some dysfunctional features still lurking, (ii) I’d heartily expect some solid, useful feedback on functionality, form, and faults, and (iii) no guarantees. Comment or email if you are indeed interested.
