Won’t say much on that, besides noting a mild bug at some media (TV, radio, etc) for not stepping back and letting people live the day without them pushing it out into the world like it’s just another episode of Survivor. A rose to the few (slashdot web-ads, apparently some telemarketers) who did step back and just shut-up about the whole thing. Silence. No disrespect to anyone about the essence of the day — I get that — but why does the media feel they need to show this: people mourning — sensationalizing funerals — people crying? We get it, already. speaking.of.the.media Stumbled across an interesting article wondering why the recording industry is shooting itself in the foot. |
