Steve made me curious so I posted a site stats-thingy near the bottom of the page yesterday. That’s right: I’m tracking you and I know who you are. Well, not really: but it gives me a little insight into where people are visiting from. For example, from looking at the referrals I discovered that by typing the three words cheap sleep vancouver into Google my webpage pops up: try it. It’s number 11 or so at the moment. “Wandering” while I was waiting for my boss to edit my latest creation, I was reading over slashdot — insert long story here — and wound up discovering that someone has ported linux to sega dreamcast: hense, a cheap (discontinued) dreamcast with a keyboard ($2.99 at FutureShop, really I checked at lunch), mouse, and ethernet port — proabably complete for less than a hundred bucks — and you have yourself a nifty network terminal slash web browser slash game box slash tinker toy. Now if they would do that for PSX I’d be set. But I’m so tempted to ebay a system for myself right now that I’ve had to slap down the urge all day. Sigh. Step three: twiddle away another hour at the office while I wait for my loooooong weekend. |

Steve bursts onto the scene >> Steve bursts onto the scene: Hey, I did have fun. Lots of fun. Granville Island, Capilano Bridge, those HUGE music stores downtown, hanging out in Stanley Park, bowling, almost whale-watching, pannekoek / Dutch pancakes, scouts (60 seconds games!) and Trivial Pursuit. Brad whispers
My cousin, Steve… >> My cousin, Steve, stickin' it to the man: click here
university friends >> Some of Karin's university friends are apparently showing up here this weekend. Don't ask me who exactly... I don't think she ever did give me a complete list. sorry.about.that... it's been a couple.of.busy.weeks I guess... What this does mean
I’m just sort of curious… >> I don't usually ask, but if someone could fill me in that would satiate my curiousity. I have this little counter thing here down in the corner. Burried in the depths of some kind of hidden javascript it keeps track
