On a lighter note.
two things…
First, since it is never working - and even when it is, no one uses it - I am removing the commenting from this site. It just takes longer to load and I’m bored of it. If you want to say something make your own blog: it’s free, it’s as easy as writing an email, and according to some wary mass media, it’s the new wave of info-fetish for the next decade.
Second, on my travels through this vast ocean of information I often stumble over something interesting: as a practicing bugster, I tend to jump to interesting entomological news and glomm. Nature Science Update, today, published an interesting tid about a kind of discovery that has not been seen in over 80 years: a new order of insect called Mantophasmatodea has been unearthed in mountains of Namibia: this is big. If we were talking about - I’ll use their example - say, mammals, this would be akin to discovering bats: not a kind of bat… but, bats. Hmm… there are these things called bats and their a cross between a kind of mouse and a a bird… interesting. Instead, we are talking insects: and bugs are fun.
